My approach is empathetic, supportive, and nonjudgmental. Together, we’ll work towards fostering a deeper connection with yourself and your family, promoting a healthy adjustment to parenthood.

I offer both virtual teletherapy and in-person sessions in my Union Square office, accommodating the unique needs of parents and parents-to-be.
