About Me

Therapy with me is a challenging yet warm and supportive space to sit with your emotions. Together, we will bring clarity to your experiences.

I believe in treating the whole person, accounting for your unique social history and context.

I guide patients in unpacking and processing difficult experiences, sources of self-criticism, and relational baggage.

My goal is to help patients create a more vibrant and meaningful life. We achieve this together by harnessing your strengths and internal resources.

I practice from a trauma-informed, integrative perspective and draw primarily on relational, interpersonal, mindfulness, and CBT theories.

I have significant experience working with individuals across a variety of treatment settings.

While I work with a wide range of clients, I have specific expertise with university students, financial professionals, healthcare providers, and entrepreneurs.

My office is located near Union Square.
