Pregnancy and the postpartum period bring profound changes, both physically and emotionally.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In perinatal therapy, I support expecting and new parents through these transitions, focusing on challenges such as mood swings, anxiety, and adjusting to life with a new baby.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
My goal is to offer you a compassionate space to explore your feelings and concerns during this pivotal time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Whether you’re dealing with postpartum depression, anxiety, or just finding your feet as a new parent, I’m here to help you navigate these changes with strength and understanding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
My approach is empathetic, supportive, and nonjudgmental. Together, we’ll work towards fostering a deeper connection with yourself and your family, promoting a healthy adjustment to parenthood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
I offer both virtual teletherapy and in-person sessions in my Union Square office, accommodating the unique needs of parents and parents-to-be.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Our initial sessions will provide a safe space for you to share your experiences and concerns. It’s important to me that you feel understood and supported as we explore the perinatal period together. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
